Overview: We are a creative dance studio and well-being community located on Film Row in the West Village District of Downtown Oklahoma City. Our studio is dedicated to providing exceptional dance education and fostering a love for dance among our students. Position: Ballet Director

Location: Remote and In-Person Position // 629 W. Sheridan Ave, Ste 103, Oklahoma City, OK

Responsibilities: We are seeking an innovative individual to join our administrative team as a Marketing Coordinator. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for copywriting, managing social media channels, and overseeing ad campaigns. You will collaborate closely with the Creative Director and your contributions will play a key role in ensuring the success and growth of our studio. We measure success in this role by executing projects and goals with the given deadlines.

Responsibilities of the role will include (but not be limited to):
-Update and oversee the ballet curriculum.
-Plan and conduct ballet workshops and intensives.
-Lead instructor workshops for skill development.
-Conduct leveling evaluations for students.
-Place students in private lessons based on their skill level.
-Provide 1:1 guidance to instructors to ensure curriculum alignment.

Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dance, Performing Arts, or a related field.
-Extensive experience as a professional ballet dancer and instructor.
-Strong leadership and managerial skills in a dance-related setting.
-In-depth knowledge of ballet techniques, choreography, and history.
-Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with instructors.
-Commitment to maintaining high standards in ballet education.

Compensation:
Starting at $20-23/hr Based On Experience
