Program Coordinator Application
Overview: We are a creative dance studio and well-being community located on Film Row in the West Village District of Downtown Oklahoma City. Our studio is dedicated to providing exceptional dance education and fostering a love for dance among our students. With a passionate team and a commitment to excellence, we strive to create a positive and inspiring environment for students of all ages and skill levels.
Position: Program Coordinator
Location: Remote and In-Person Position // 629 W. Sheridan Ave, Ste 103, Oklahoma City, OK
Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly effective and creative individual responsible for managing, facilitating, and growing our kids studio class and adult community class education programs. Your contributions will play a key role in ensuring the success and growth of our studio. We measure success in this role by envisioning and executing program projects and goals with the given deadlines. This candidate has a background in dance education and heart for community and serving others generously.
Responsibilities of the role will include (but not be limited to):
- Visioning studio and community programming with the leadership team.
- Partner with Studio Coordinator and Enrollment Coordinator in managing Trial and Enrollment processes.
- Coordination and execution of studio/community events and workshops.
- Coordination of studio curriculum and ongoing team training.
- Coordinate and implement class schedules, including instructor assignments.
- Manage and schedule sub-instructors as needed.
- Plan/Coordinate/Execute recital planning (Vendor coordination, backstage production coordination, collaboration with Studio Director).
- Plan/Coordinate/Execute recital costumes and ordering.
Requirements: To excel in this role, we are seeking individuals who align with our studio's values and possess the following qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in administrative tasks and business/arts management and operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, acting with authority and care to effectively engage with students, parents, and fellow staff members.
- Self-starter that values efficiency, creative collaboration, and a highly organized workplace.

Compensation:
Starting at $17-$21/hr Based On Experience
-This is a part-time position during the first 3 months and will increase to a full-time position within the first 6 months or at another timeline agreed upon. This is an important position and we are flexible for the right candidate.
