Employment Status: 10-15hrs per week at $15-18/hr based on experience // Remote and In-Person // Begins as early as September 2022

We are looking for a Studio Coordinator with 2+ years of experience in administrative tasks and business operations. We are seeking a highly effective and responsible individual to work closely with our administrative team.

The right candidate is able to execute daily administrative tasks and confidently make decisions that reach business goals independently from and in collaboration with the Creative Director. This candidate is proficient in their verbal and written communications and can confidently interface with customers with authority and care. This candidate will oversee the inner workings of each Sweet Yield program and how their rhythms interact on a daily and weekly basis. As a Studio Coordinator you are organized, responsible, and love problem solving to find the right solutions and/or systems to reach a desired goal.

This position has the potential to grow into a Studio Manager or Studio Director role or may begin there for the right candidate. Here are just a few examples of Daily/Weekly Tasks As A Studio Coordinator:

- Manage Daily Studio Emails and Phone Correspondance
- Complete Administrative Tasks Such As Payment Processing, Merchandise Ordering, Class Registration, etc.
- Build Out Internal Business Systems In Collaboration with Creative Director [We love a good google doc/sheet system!]
- Project Plan & Assign Tasks to Other Team Members
- Follow Up with Customer Leads and Move Them Through Our Enrollment Process
- Plan & Execute Studio Events
